2005年にRYUICHI、INORAN、H.Hayamaによって結成されたTourbillon（トゥールビヨン）。始動20周年を記念して、8月に、Tourbillon Live 2023「20years Since Time Began」の開催が決定している。

2016年以来となるライブパフォーマンスへ向けて期待が高まる中、INORAN BARの生放送が決定！
